Returns | Got Jerk!
Thank you for shopping at GotJerk! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service, and we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure that you understand the process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, are exempt from being returned.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged for reasons not related to our error. Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, at our discretion.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with further instructions for returning the item to us.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. The time it takes for your refund to be processed and posted may vary depending on your financial institution.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after a reasonable amount of time has passed, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be processed and posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item to us.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
To return your item, please mail it to: PO Box 3225 York Pennsylvania US 17402. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
